Less than a month after a tornado struck in Santo, the small Palo Pinto County community is once again picking up the pieces. Wednesday night’s storms flooded streets with water quickly rushing into businesses and homes. Alicia Barrera is in that neighborhood where Santo Volunteer Fire and EMS say they assisted at least ten people.
