Galveston County Still Watching Hurricane Laura

Curious Texans came out in Galveston County along the Kemah Boardwalk to see the Gulf waters before Hurricane Laura made landfall. NBC 5’s Vince Sims reports the area is still under a hurricane and storm surge warning and many are taking no chances.
