Crash Shuts Down WB I-30 in Grand Prairie

    A multi-vehicle crash shut down westbound Interstate 30 in Grand Prairie Friday morning.

    NBC 5's Samantha Davies said as many as eight vehicles, including an 18-wheeler, may have been involved in the crash.

    Grand Prairie police said the crash happened at Belt Line Road. All lanes of the highway westbound were shut down for around one hour.

    TxDOT cameras showed a massive traffic backup on the highway for commuters traveling from Dallas to Fort Worth.
