Lewisville Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Greg Tierney was arrested early Monday morning for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and for having an open alcohol container in the car he was driving.
Former Cowboys’ receiver Terry Glenn was arrested in Denton County on charges of marijuana possession and driving while intoxicated. More information

Two parents are in jail after a father allegedly put a bong on his infant's mouth while the man was smoking pot. Police said Julio Cesar Garcia, 20, put the top of the bong up to the mouth of his 13-month-old son, who was sitting in his lap. More information

Desiree Sandner, 17, was charged with child endangerment and possession of marijuana. Sandner and her 6-month-old son, were passengers in a Toyota Camry that was pulled over on a traffic stop. Officers said they saw her place a lit marijuana cigar on the car's floorboard and smelled marijuana smoke. More information
