1 Injured in Building Collapse

At least one person has been injured when part of a building under construction collapsed Wednesday.

The constructions site appears to be a large apartment building near Riverside Drive and E. Las Colinas Boulevard.

From Chopper 5 it appears that four floors on one side of the building collapsed.

The worker who was injured was seen moving and waving to co-workers as he was put into an ambulance.

Irving fire officials said only one person was injured and every other employee at the site has been accounted for.

At this time there are no other details.
