At least eight people were reported injured after a small tour bus carrying senior citizens crashed into a railroad overpass in Ennis Thursday morning.
Ennis police said the chartered tour bus crashed while trying to go under a train overpass at Baylor Street just before 11 a.m.
Authorities said several passengers suffered minor injuries and were transported to hospitals in Ennis and Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. None of the injuries were life threatening.
It is not yet clear where the tour bus was headed or where it departed from.
No further details have been released.
