Dallas police hope a $10,000 reward will help them catch the person who killed 18-year-old Zoe Hastings, the young woman reported missing Sunday and found dead inside her car in a Dallas creek Monday.
Oak Farms Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and a grand jury indictment of the person responsible for Hastings' death.
Those who knew Hastings are shocked to find out she is the subject of a homicide investigation.
"I think about her and what had to have happened. And she’s just an innocent 18-year-old girl. Who could harm her? Who could do that to her," said Hastings' Sunday school teacher Darbi Gunter.[[332059392,R]]
Hastings' body was recovered from a vehicle that crashed into a Dallas creek, police said her body showed signs of "obvious homicidal violence."
"I can’t say enough great things about Zoe. I’m going to miss her. I’m going to miss her so much," said Gunter. "She was like a little ray of sunlight bouncing around when she was little."

Hastings was the oldest of five children and a recent graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing Arts. She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints and was just weeks away from a mission trip.
"I watched her grow into a young lady, and she was the sweetest. She had so much love to give everybody," said Gunter. "I just know she’s in the arms of the savior again, and that gives me comfort."

Police would specifically like to know who she was with or if she was to meet anyone before the class at her church. Anyone who may have seen her vehicle is asked to contact the police.
