Family, Volunteers Continue Search for Missing Fort Worth Woman

Typhenie Johnson disappeared five weeks ago

The mother of a Fort Worth woman who disappeared five weeks ago says she's not giving up searching for her – and is asking volunteers to join her.

"I hope we're able to find her soon and bring her home for the holidays," said Deborah Johnson Strub, the mother of Typhenie Johnson.

Typhenie Johnson disappeared Oct. 10.

Her boyfriend, Chris Revill, has been charged with kidnapping her. Witnesses said the two were arguing and there were signs of a struggle, police said.

Revill claimed he saw Johnson get in a car with someone else.

"I wish Chris would open up and let us know where she is, what has happened to her," her mother said.

Volunteers planned to meet Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Valero station west of Texas Highway 360 and Trinity Boulevard.

"We miss her so much and want her back with us," Strub said. "What the outcome will be, either way, we just want to bring her home and either celebrate she's with us or be able to lay her to rest."
