Minor Midday Deals

With the trade deadline fast approaching and the daily waiver deadline just passed (Noon, ET), many moves are breaking during the lunchtime hour here on the east coast. Nothing major is happening, so right now we'll take a look at the multitude of minor moves that have been made at midday. There will be less alliteration after the jump, I promise.

  • Pittsburgh sends Danny Richmond to St. Louis for Andy Wozniewski.

  • Buffalo acquired goaltending help in the form of Mikael Tellqvist from Phoenix in exchange for a fourth rounder.

  • Toronto acquired Martin Gerber off waivers from the Ottawa Senators.

  • Dallas picks up Brendan Morrison off waivers from the Vancouver Canucks.

  • Pittsburgh claimed Craig Adams off waivers.
