Cowboys Corner Mo' Claiborne is Betting on Himself

Number 24 is betting on himself to have a big 2016 NFL season.

Cowboys cornerback Mo Claiborne has never lived up to his draft status. Dallas traded up eight spots in the 2012 draft to take him out of LSU.

In four seasons he has never started all 16 games.

He didn't record an interception in 2015.

Claiborne has just 3 picks in his career.

That is why he is on a one year contract. Claiborne had this to say when he was asked if he felt like he had anything to prove, " No, I don't feel like I have anything to prove. I just feel like I have to go out and play football."

Early at training camp, Claiborne has been running with the starting unit. He says he is healthy and ready to have an impactful 2016 season, "I don't feel like I have nothing to lose. You bet on yourself, you gotta go win. All the chips are up and I'm not holding anything back. I'm leaving it all on the field...no matter what happens."
