An ISIS commander who claims to have lived in the U.S. has been killed, according to jihadis in the Middle East. Reports of Abu Muhammad Al-Amriki's death have circulated before but global security firm and NBC News counterterrorism consultant Flashpoint Intelligence said the latest claim is considered "far more reliable" than the others because of the source. NBC News could not independently verify the reports. The circumstances of his when or where he may have died is not clear.
