Watering Restrictions Take Hold in Frisco

The city of Frisco is beating the summer heat this year and implementing water restrictions early.

Residents will only be allowed to water twice a week on a schedule that is set up based on their trash service.

The mandatory restrictions are already in effect and are expected to last until the end of September.

Anyone caught watering on the wrong day will have a $25 fee added to their next water bill, but the city said it will work with first-time violators.
