A man was caught in a stolen pickup with a 16-year-old girl who he had sex with and forced into prostitution, Dallas police said.
Officers saw Joe Vasquero Torres, 24, and the girl get into a Ford pickup on Tuesday outside a pawn shop in northeastern Dallas, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Police said an officer ran the license plate, which came back instead to a Toyota sedan.
