Lawsuit Filed Against Southwest Airlines After Deadly Engine Blowout

One of the passengers aboard the southwest plane that had a deadly engine blowout is suing the airline.

Zachary Coleman filed the suit on Thursday.

He claims he has PTSD after the ill-fated flight from New York to Dallas back in April.

Passenger Jennifer Riordan died when she was partially sucked out a window.

Coleman was sitting eight rows behind Riordan.

The lawsuit claims Southwest failed to properly inspect the plane's engines.

Coleman is seeking compensation for lost wages, as well as physical and emotional pain.

Southwest declined to comment on pending litigation.
