Police said two men wearing masks and gloves, and one armed with a handgun, walked into the T-Mobile store in the 1800 block of Eastchase Parkway at 10 a.m. Oct. 5.

The robbers forced the employees into a back room and demanded they open the safe where cell phones were stored.

Police said they seemed to be most interested in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s phones.

On their way out, police said they ran into a customer walking into the store and ordered that person to the ground.  The men then forced an employee to let them out the back door.

The first robber is described by police as between 6 feet 3 inches tall to 6 feet 5 inches tall with a slender build. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, dark pants, white athletic shoes and a red and white baseball cap with "Beer" as part of a logo.

The second robber is described by police as being between 5 feet 11 inches tall and 6 feet 1 inches tall with a medium to slightly heavy build. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a dark long-sleeved short, dark pants and dark athletic shoes with white soles. He was also wearing a dark baseball cap with a logo on the front.

Police said the robbers arrived at the store in a white, late model Chevrolet Avalanche pickup with tinted windows driven by a third person.
