Amber Alert Discontinued for Texas Girl, 12

An Amber Alert has been discontinued for a Texas girl authorities believed had been kidnapped and in "grave or immediate danger."

The girl, 12-year-old Marisol Arroyo, was found safe at a Laredo-area Whataburger by herself, according to Click2Houston.com.

The Live Oak County Sheriff's Department said Monday they were looking for 22-year-old Rigoberto Cruz Santos in connection with the girl's abduction.

At this time, his location is not known.

Santos has black hair and brown eyes. He was believed to be driving an orange, 2007 Chevrolet HHR with Oklahoma license plate number EKH253.

He was last heard from from in George West, Texas, which is located between San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
