The woman has been spotted at least twice on surveillance video snatching gifts in North Dallas around Midway and Walnut Hill.
Missy Clinchy said she came home expecting to find three packages, instead her porch was empty.
She checked her home surveillance video to find the woman scooping up and running off with her delivery.
"I just started freaking out! Oh my gosh, they stole our packages!" said Missy Clinchy.
"I think we were shocked at how casual she was walking up to the door,” said her husband, Ken Clinchy.
The couple posted the video on social media in hopes of someone recognizing the woman.
That’s when they found more surveillance video from another home- the exact same woman stealing packages from another home.

“I was shocked! At first you think maybe they’ve done this just one, but obviously they do this all the time,” said Ken Clinchy.
In the video it appears the woman is working with someone else because she gets out of the passenger side door of a vehicle.
Ken Clinchy said he thinks the woman is waiting until mid-afternoon after companies deliver packages, but before homeowners get home from work.
“I think it’s really disgusting that people want to steal stuff from people who work hard to get these things,” he said.
“Our stuff can be replaced and it wasn’t anything of super importance that we had to have. I don’t want her to do that to someone where it’s something that can’t be replaced or something that’s super important to someone,” said Missy Clinchy.
Dallas police said if you recognize the woman, to call Dallas Police Crime Stoppers.
