Teen Hit by Train in Fort Worth

MedStar is headed to Fort Worth to respond to a teenager who was hit by a train.

The injured teen is said to be 15-years-old and was hit by a train near 290 McAlister Road in Fort Worth.

Officials at the scene say the injuries seem to be minor.
