White Settlement police say a fourth person faces a capital murder charge in the fatal shooting of a North Texas teenager earlier this month.
Chase Allan Nix, 24, of North Richland Hills, surrendered Friday at the Tarrant County Jail and is held on $200,000 bond.
White Settlement PD/NBC 5On Wednesday, police arrested brothers Kyle Garrison, 17; Tyee Garrison, 18; and Sean Garrison, 23, all from White Settlement, in connection with the death of 18-year-old Xavier Olesko. The three brothers also each face a capital murder charge and are held on $200,000 bond.
Olesko was shot once in the chest in a driveway on the 8100 block of Tumbleweed Trail on Monday, Sept. 18, about 8:30 p.m.
Investigators believe Olesko and Sean Garrison were acquaintances and had planned to meet up that evening.
The Garrisons went to the home on Tumbleweed Trail with the intention of robbing Olesko, police said.

"Turned from a robbery to, unfortunately, a fatal shooting," said White Settlement police Cpl. Michelle Lenoire.
She acknowledged it was unusual to arrest three brothers — especially on a murder charge.
"I haven't seen it in my career," Lenoire said. "It is a unique case."
Police said they believe Nix is an acquaintance of the Garrison brothers and was present at the time of the shooting.
Police said the case remains active, and the four suspects' cases have been presented to the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office.
