Victim's Stepbrother Told Authorities He Was Called the N-word After Balch Springs Cop Shot Teen

They did.It's a request that will haunt Jordan's stepbrother, Vidal Allen, for the rest of his life, said Jasmine Crockett, an attorney for the family.
