Up for Auction: Jack Ruby Manuscript Tells of His First Meeting With Oswald

A handwritten manuscript penned by Jack Ruby detailing his whereabouts in the days and hours before he shot Lee Harvey Oswald is going up for auction.RR Auction, the Boston-based company overseeing the auction, will put the letters up for sale online at 7 p.m. Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon, the initial bid to open the auction was set at $3,421. There were already six bids before the official opening of the auction. Before Ruby shot and killed Oswald, President John F. Kennedy's assassin, he was delivering sandwiches to Dallas police officers, according to the 24-page unsigned manuscript, which was obtained by Ruby's brother, Earl, in December 1992.  Continue reading...
