Texas Grandmother Arrested After 2-year-old Found Running in Traffic With No Shoes, Full Diaper

A Texas woman was arrested after her 2-year-old granddaughter was found running in heavy traffic, Odessa police said. A passerby called police after spotting the child about 3:45 p.m. Friday in traffic near the 4400 block of East 52nd Street with no shoes. Two people used their vehicles to stop traffic and safely get the child, who also had a full diaper, police said. Officers responded and found Martha Quezada De Hanson, the grandmother the child had been staying with. De Hanson, 48, was charged with endangering a child.   Continue reading...
