Dallas police are asking for the public's help finding a 15-year-old girl last seen early Tuesday. Tia Russell was seen walking shortly after 12 a.m. in the 7200 block of Marvin D. Love Freeway, near West Camp Wisdom Road, in Red Bird. She may pose a danger to herself or others, police said. Tia is a 5-5 black teenager who weighs about 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black top with a gold "New Orleans symbol" and black pants, police said.
