Suspects Flee After Leading Richardson Cops on 100 Mph Chase, Driving Into Ditch

A chase topping 100 mph from Richardson to Dallas ended early Friday after the car police were following crashed into a ditch.Police believe the two people inside the car ran away.Richardson police tried to pull the car over for an expired registration, but the driver continued on to Interstate 645 at speeds exceeding 100 mph, police said.Police lost sight of the car during the chase.About 2:45 a.m., police found the car in a ditch near the intersection of Amity Lane and Catskill Street.
