Suspect in Lubbock Murder Case Jailed in Dallas After Drug-dealing Arrest

A suspect in a Lubbock slaying was arrested in Dallas this week, facing charges of murder and drug dealing.Tracy Ware, 46, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Thursday, charged in the Sept. 2 death of Anthony Domingo.In addition to the murder count, Ware was being held on local charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and failure to identify a fugitive, as well as a parole violation.Domingo, 49, was found fatally injured in the street at the Garden Apartments on the city's south side. Witnesses told police that he had been in a fight with a large group before he was killed.Police quickly arrested 44-year-old Dwayne Weston and secured a warrant for Ware, who didn't turn up until Thursday in Dallas. How police traced Ware here is unclear, but he remains in jail on $251,000 bail. Police are also looking for a person of interest wanted for questioning in Domingo's death.
