Robber Shoots Employee During Fight at Allen Cellphone Store

Two people were taken into custody after an employee was shot during a robbery at an Allen cellphone store Wednesday morning.Allen police told KXAS-TV (NBC5) that two armed robbers walked into the T-Mobile store in The Village at Allen, at East Stacy Road and Central Expressway, around 10 a.m.An employee got into a physical confrontation with one of the robbers, and the robber shot the employee in the leg, police said.The employee's condition was not released.Police took two people into custody in Richardson in connection with the robbery.
