New Apartments on the Way in Garland Near Bush Turnpike

Apartment builder Wood Partners has broken ground on a new rental community in Garland.The Alta Spring Creek project is at 6310 Naaman Forest Blvd. near the Bush Turnpike.The 225-unit project is being built just south of Campbell Road."This community will provide a reasonably priced option without sacrificing the quality or amenity spaces that our prospective residents in this area have come to expect," Ryan Miller, development director for Wood Partners, said in a statement. "Located on just under 9 acres, Alta Spring Creek will offer an abundance of open space, towering trees and rolling topography."Spring Creek runs along a portion of the property.The new rental community will open in mid-2020.Atlanta-based Wood Partners has a dozen apartment projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and more than 17,000 rental units across the country.  Continue reading...
