NBC5 Forecast: Cold, Dry and Brisk Today

It will be rain-free, but still cloudy and cold today with brisk northerly winds. Afternoon highs will be similar to Tuesday's, but without the precipitation. The only exception will be out far southeast zones with some drizzle or sprinkles. Thursday offers chilly temps and we could even see a few breaks in the clouds. There's a slight warm-up in store for Friday into Saturday with highs near 50.Then, a strong arctic front will push through the region Sunday with much colder air. There will be another low chance for some wintry precipitation on New Year's Eve.
