Gunman at Large After Shooting Man in the Head at West Oak Cliff Apartments, Police Say

One man was shot in the head in west Oak Cliff on Monday afternoon, and police said the gunman was still at large.Officers were called around 2:50 p.m. to the Ridgecrest Apartments in the 5500 block of Plum Grove Lane, near West Jefferson Boulevard and Loop 12, where they found the victim.According to police, two men had gotten into an argument, then one shot the other in the head.The victim, whose name was not released, was taken to a hospital in critical condition.The shooter was not in custody, police said.
