Brian Bolke, president of Forty Five Ten, said in an email late Friday afternoon that he's leaving the Dallas-based luxury retailer he co-founded in 2000. Bolke said he plans to transition into a consulting role for Headington Companies, which purchase Forty Five Ten three years ago and built the brand into a five-store company. Developer Tim Headington owned the property where Forty Five Ten was built on Main St. in downtown Dallas across from his Joule hotel.
