3 Injured in Overnight Shootings in East Oak Cliff, Dallas Police Say

Three people were injured -- including at least two who were shot -- in outbreaks of violence that occurred within a few blocks of each other Thursday morning in east Oak Cliff, Dallas police said.The first occurred around 1:37 a.m. in the 3600 block of Utah Avenue, police said, when a man was discovered lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center in unknown condition.Around 2:45 a.m., one man was injured in a shooting outside a grocery store in the 700 block of Ann Arbor Avenue, police said. The victim was hospitalized in unknown condition.A few minutes after that, an injured woman was found a few blocks north on East Overton Road in an incident police believe is related to the shooting on Ann Arbor.The woman had an injury to her arm and was taken to an area hospital with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening, police said.It is unclear if she had been shot.Suspects in all three incidents are still at large, police said.  Continue reading...
