5 Cowboys Who Must Be All-Alamodome

If the Cowboys are going to make the playoffs they will need these five players to be good and healthy during training camp in San Antonio.  So good you would name they All Alamodome.

1.  Flozell Adams

The left tackle got paid last off-season and was an underachiever.  Flo has talent to be one of the top ten left tackles in the NFL.  The Cowboys need him because they do not have an adequate replacement for him.  He would make fans happy if he found a way to stay on sides.

2.  Anthony Spencer

Time for the outside linebacker to become a difference maker.  With Demarcus Ware on the other side of the 3-4 defense, Spencer will see plenty of one on one coverage.  The 2007 first round pick registered 1.5 sacks last year, Spencer should rack up 7 to 13 this year.

3.  Roy Williams

T.O. is gone and now Williams needs to prove he is worth the 45 million Jerry Jones gave him.  If Roy gets hurt, it's gonna be a tough road for quarterback Tony Romo.

4.  Terence Newman

Another guy who got paid in the 2008 off-season and didn't deliver the goods.   The corner led the Cowboys in interceptions despite missing six games due to injury.  Newman was hurt all of training camp in Oxnard, California last season.  He needs to be healthy and be the leader in the secondary.

5.  Tony Romo

Hey, the quarterback has to win over the locker room.  He has to cut down on the turnovers and he needs to stay healthy.  Romo was the second best QB in the NFL two years ago.  He needs to return to form.
