Gourmet Yourself: Kenny's Bacon and Egg Burger

Kenny's bacon and egg burger

1 each 8 oz burger patty sprinkled with salt and pepper
1 each ciabatta bun (toasted all sides)
2 oz white American cheese
3 oz yellow onion diced
2 stips each bacon
1 each egg cooked sunny side up
Mayonnaise
 

Prepartion: Season both sides of burger with kosher salt and black pepper. Then grill meat to desired temperature on wood grill. Toast bun on all sides inside and out. Cover top and bottom bun with the mayonnaise and place lettuce and tomato on top bun in that order. Then cover your burger with cheese and melt under a salamander. Top it with cheese, onions and bacon. Finally place egg on top of the bacon and burger on the bottom bun. Enjoy!
