Homicide detectives with the Garland Police Department said 20-year-old Jocelyn Sarabia-Marlon arrived at her family's home in the 900 block of East Linda Drive at about 1:30 a.m. and was quickly approached by two men who fatally shot her.

Surveillance video released Friday night shows two men walking alongside a sedan with another person driving it. The edited video then shows the car backed into a driveway drive off. Another angle shows one of the man wearing a shirt with a reflective sleeve.

Late Friday night, Garland Police released surveillance video of the possible murder suspects in the case of 20-year-old Jocelyn Sarabia-Marlon.

According to the victim's step-sister, Alexia Guerrero, their mother woke up and heard the victim saying, "Oh my God, oh my God," followed by gunfire.

The gunshots woke up the entire family, who went out front to find Jocelyn unresponsive and bleeding on the front lawn.

Alexia Guerrero talks about the murder of her 20-year-old Jocelyn Sarabia-Marlon, Oct. 20, 2017. Police have not substantiated any of the claims regarding the description of the men who may be involved in the shooting.

The family called police and first responders arrived moments later. Jocelyn was taken to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas where she was later pronounced dead.

"It just took one bullet for her to pass. It went straight to her heart and out the other way," Guerrero said. "In front of her yard, in front of her parents. It was hard for them ... your daughter gets killed in front of your house."

Guerrero said the family is struggling to understand what's happened and said her step-sister was not physically assaulted or robbed before being shot.

Lt. Pedro Barineau with the Garland Police Department gives an update into an early-morning murder where a 20-year-old woman was fatally shot in her parent's front yard as she returned home from work.

"They didn't rob her, they didn't take no belongings. They just came, did what they did and just left," Guerrero said.

A makeshift memorial is growing in the front yard of the home.

Police said the investigation is in the early stages and that and detectives are working to determine a motive.

They say they are unable to get a good description of the men in the video. Police say the sedan may be a Nissan Altima.

So far, no arrests have been made.
