Kobe, left, and Ollie are pets competing in the Purina Pro Plan "Doing More for Pets" Rescue Stores Contest.
Two North Texas dogs have been chosen as finalists in a national rescue contest.
Kobe, a Dalmatian from Dallas, and Ollie, of Plano, are among 10 pets competing in the Purina Pro Plan "Doing More for Pets" Rescue Stores Contest.
Kobe is doing great after she was left on the side of the road after being hit by a car. The Dalmatian Rescue North Texas is caring for her and her puppy, LeBron.
And high-energy Ollie was in several foster homes before he found the perfect fit with an owner who runs four miles per day with him.
You can read about the pups' rescues and vote for your favorite pet through Oct 1.
