An early morning tanker-truck crash shut down East Loop 820 at Highway 10 in Hurst just before 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
Hurst Police confirm a tanker overturned and caught fire. The driver, who works for Energy Dispatch, was killed in the crash.

According to Ashleigh Womack, Director of Communications for RaceTrac, Energy Dispatch supplies fuel for RaceTrac and RaceWay stores.

A clerk at Americaโs Best Value Inn told NBC 5, said the building was evacuated but people were eventually let back into their rooms.
Hurst Police tell NBC 5 they had to place a camera in the drainage ditch, where the fire occurred, to see if it caused any structural damage to the area.

Police reopened all lanes by 3 p.m. Saturday. A TxDOT inspection found no structural damage.
