The search for answers continues for the family of 27-year old Lindsay Gardner and her 1-year-old daughter Hailey.
The two were found dead and without clothes in a Fort Worth field on Tuesday near the intersection Bryant Irvin and Dirks Road, hundreds of feet from their wrecked car.
Their clothes were discovered nearby.
On Friday night, dozens of family and friends gathered to remember the two and pray for answers in their deaths.
“We all think any minute Lindsay’s gonna come in that door with her smile that's just like sunshine, and little Hailey,” said her uncle Ewin Grace.
The reality is now setting in both are gone.
“I just wanted to say I appreciate everything everyone's done for my family,” said Anthony Gardner, her husband. “They were the best thing that ever happened to me, and 2014 was the best year of my life.”

The medical examiner still has not determined the cause of death for the mother and child.
“I know it’s been a mystery in Fort Worth and Dallas. People have been wondering what happened to one of their own, but so have we. But I’ll tell you, those are the kind of things, our faith in Jesus Christ and the love and support from folks around us, will get us through it,” said Grace.
