A member of the Lewisville City Council died suddenly over the weekend.
David Thornhill had a heart attack and passed away Saturday, the Lewisville Leader reports.
Thornhill joied the city council in 2006 and recently served as mayor pro tem.
His family has not yet announced funeral plans.
