    An Amber Alert has been issued for three young children who may be in the Houston area, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. (Published Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017)

    An Amber Alert has been issued for three young children who may be in the Houston area, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

    Three young children: two-year-old Jason Frausto, three-year-old Aaliyah Frausto and and five-year-old Isac Frausto may be with Doris Camerena, DPS officials said. 

    Jason is described as Hispanic. He weighs 30 lbs and is two feet tall.

    Aaliyah is described as Hispanic. She weighs 30 lbs and is two feet, six inches tall. 

    Isac is described as Hispanic. He weighs 45 lbs and is three feet tall. 

    The three young children may be in grave or immediate danger, DPS said.

    Law enforcement officials said Doris Camerena, 24, was suspected in connection with the abduction.

    Police said Camerena, who is described as a 24-year-old Hispanic woman, may be driving a gold 2011 Chevrolet Cruz with Texas license plate "FGJ6333."

    Police say camerena was last heard from in Houston.
