On May 6, 2004, they were no longer there for us... except in syndication. Friends, one of the most popular and longest-running sitcoms, aired its finale after 10 seasons. 52.5 million viewers tuned in to say goodbye to Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey and Phoebe... as well as their careers.

Two more "Friends" are heading back to television.

A week after Courteney Cox reunited with her former "Friends" co-star Lisa Kudrow on "Cougar Town," Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc revealed they are set to join the comedy TV world again.

On Wednesday night, Matthew, who previously starred as one half of television bromance Joey and Chandler on "Friends," confirmed ABC has given him a green light.

"Abc officially greenlit my pilot today," Matthew wrote on his Twitter account late Wednesday evening. "Yay! It's called Mr Sunshine. In other news, I thought the conan statement was fantastic."

"Mr. Sunshine" stars Matthew as a sports arena manager who has a midlife crisis as he hits 40 and his girlfriend dumps him.

And on Sunday, Showtime confirmed "Episodes," starring Matt LeBlanc, would begin production later this spring.

The series is about a hit British comedy that is imported by an American network, which dumbs down the show and casts Matt LeBlanc in the lead role. In promo clips Showtime showed reporters over the weekend, Matt has to audition to play himself.

Showtime said "Episodes" would likely begin airing this fall.
