Report: Dallas Set To Sign OT Demetress Bell

Bell spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles

Veteran offensive tackle Demetress Bell will reportedly be on the Cowboys team flight to Oxnard, CA this afternoon and, pending a physical, will be signed to a training camp deal, the Dallas Morning News reports.

Bell has played four seasons in the league, including three with the Buffalo Bills, who drafted him in the seventh round out of Northwestern State (LA)--where he was an All-American--back in 2008. He spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles.

In these four seasons, Bell has appeared in 40 games, starting 35 of them.

According to the Morning News, quarterback Alex Tanney and wide receiver Lavasier Tuinei will also be on the team flight to California. And, like Bell, they will be signed if they pass their physicals upon arrival.
