The Dallas Mavericks announced today they signed free agent center DeAndre Jordan.
Jordan has previously played with the Los Angeles Clippers. Last season he averaged 12 points, 15.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 31.5 minutes in all 77 games. He shot .645 from the floor, ranking second in the NBA.
Jordan, a Texas native, departs the Clippers as the leader in rebounds, blocks, field goal percentage and games.
The terms of his deal with the Mavericks were not disclosed.
