The hits just keep on coming for your Dallas Mavericks -- Jason Kidd is headed east to play for New York next season.
Kidd reportedly took a multi-year deal with the Knicks, with some sources saying the contract would take Kidd through the 2015 season with the team.
The news comes after Jason "JET" Terry left the team to move to the Boston Celtics for the 2012-13 season.
The Mavericks have been trying to bring new players to the team, courting Deron Williams, Jeremy Lin, and others in the last few weeks.
