Bob Townsend, ex-Richardson Council Member and Mayor, Dies at 84

Bobby Lee "Bob" Townsend retired from Texas Instruments Inc. in 1996, but he continued working to make his Richardson neighborhood strong.His involvement with homeowners groups escalated to service on city boards and commissions and ultimately his election to the Richardson City Council.
