When Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick asking Texas Rangers to help find Tom Brady's missing game jersey, he probably didn't expect to have Adrian Beltre and Cole Hamels on the case.
Patrick issued a statement Monday that Brady's jersey "was stolen" when it disappeared from the New England Patriots locker room after they beat the Atlanta Falcons 34-28 at Houston's NRG Stadium.
"Whoever took this jersey should turn it in," Patrick stated. "[The] Texas Rangers are on the trail."
The Texas Rangers baseball team evidently couldn't help themselves, tweeting that they would "see what we can do."

The team later tweeted that Hamels was on the case along with a picture of Hamels wearing a "police" shirt and aviator-style sunglasses, to which Hamels replied.
