Police are calling the boyfriend of a missing North Texas woman a suspect in the case.
Robert Fabian may be linked to the disappearance of Zuzu Verk based on information gathered from interviews, according to the Alpine Police Department. No warrant has been issued for his arrest at this time.
Earlier this week, police said Fabian had hired an attorney and was not cooperating with officers.
Members of Fabian's family are also considered people of interest in the case.
Verk, whose family is from Keller, disappeared two weeks ago in Alpine, where she attends Sul Ross State University, studying conservation biology.
A vigil for Verk is being held Wednesday night in Alpine.
