Pastor's Stepson Faces Charge of Indecent Exposure

The stepson of Potter's House pastor Bishop T.D. Jakes faces charges of indecent exposure related to an incident at Kiest Park in Dallas last month.

Jermaine Jakes, 29, is accused of exposing himself in front of an undercover Dallas police detective who was investigating citizen complaints of sexual activity at the park.
 
The incident happened Jan. 3, and Jakes was detained and released at the scene.
 
The indecent exposure offense is considered a Class B misdemeanor in Dallas county.
 
Jakes' attorney will only say that she is aware of the accusation and that a separate investigation is under way.
