The McKinney Fire Department believes lightning may be the cause for a house fire Tuesday.
Officials said they received a call about a house fire at 5:45 a.m. The family was at home during the fire, but they all made it out safely.
The Department called it a medium fire and not a total loss.
The fire is out and no one was injured. It is under investigation.
