The Frisco Police Department is asking for help identifying a person they say used a stolen credit card to make purchases at a Target in Frisco.
The unidentified person was recorded on the store's surveillance system using the stolen card, police said.
The department shared two photos from the surveillance video on Facebook hoping someone who knows the man will share his identity with investigators.
