A 45-year-old Dallas man has been accused of stalking a state district judge who oversaw one of his criminal cases.
Babak Taherzadeh was arrested Tuesday by Carrollton police on a stalking charge, a third-degree felony. He remains in the Carrollton jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
